How the Process Works
- Site walk: We map every access point, measure cable runs, identify conduit routing.
- Scope and quote: Written itemized quote within 2 business days of site walk.
- Installation: We pull conduit, mount hardware, and configure the ButterflyMX cloud dashboard.
- Activation: Resident credentials are provisioned and staff are trained before we leave.
- Support: 3-year hardware warranty, 1-year installation warranty, on-call troubleshooting.
